We also participated on presented case study “COMPETITIVENESS OF SUSTAINABLE LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT IN 21ST CENTURY REQUIRES INNOVATION OF EFFECTIVENESS, NOT ONLY EFFICIENCY.”.
The presented automotive case study demonstrates improvements of the kanban process. Where the manual kanban performance were measured and replicated in to on-line execution by IKS e-kanban. Times for collecting and forwarding kanban orders were eliminated. The delivery frequency and frequency of usage have remain unchanged. Average inventory turn has improved from 48x to 72x times yearly.
